Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must not be part of our non-refundable items (see exceptions below)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened or used paint brushes and tools
  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Defective Items
