Order Tracking Process

At PapierVibe, we make it easy for you to track your art supply orders every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  2. Processing Notification: When your order enters our fulfillment process, we'll send you a notification email.
  3. Shipping Confirmation: Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
  4. Tracking Updates: Your tracking number will provide real-time updates as your package moves through the delivery network.

How to Track Your Package

You can track your PapierVibe order through multiple methods:

Method 1: Email Tracking Link

Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page with your package information already loaded.

Method 2: Carrier Website

Visit the website of your shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) and enter your tracking number in their tracking tool.

Method 3: Universal Tracking Service

For international shipments or packages transferred between multiple carriers, we recommend using a universal tracking service like 17Track.

How to use 17Track:

  1. Go to www.17track.net/en
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search field
  3. Click "Track" to view your package's current status and location
  4. Optionally create an account to track multiple packages and receive notifications

Tracking FAQs

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after shipment. If it's been longer than this, please contact our customer service team.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly, then reach out to our customer service if the issue isn't resolved.

How often is tracking information updated?

Carriers typically update tracking information when packages reach major sorting facilities, usually once per business day during transit.
